JCA Election Announcement

Dear JCA Members:

Please join me in congratulating our newly elected JCA Executive Committee and the Board members, effective on Sept. 15th, 2007.

1. JCA new Executive Committee members are Zhao Dai （代昭）, Ling Ge （葛凌）, Hao Shi （石昊）, MinSen (Frank) Lin （林闽森）, JiangTao Yan （鄢江涛）and BaiXi Chen （陈柏蹊）. MinSen (Frank) Lin （林闽森） has been elected as the President of JCA by the Executive Committee. JiangTao Yan （鄢江涛） is engaged in his graduate study for the MBA program while working for CSX. Therefore, he does not have extra time and energy to serve as an Executive Committee member at this time. Based on his request, The JCA Board and Committee excused JiangTaoYan （鄢江涛） from his duty.

2． The two new additions to the JCA Board members are: XiaoZhong (Doug) Liao （廖孝中）and ChangHong (James) Yin （殷长虹）. Doug and James have both served as the Vic-President of JCA Executive Committee for the term of 2006-2007. The current JCA Board of Directors consists of the following nine (9) members - 高强 (Chairman of the Board of Directors)，江扬，陈杰，邓竹，詹美勤，吕华坚，廖孝中，殷长虹 and 林闽森（President of the JCA）

At successful completion of their terms, JingCheng Tong （童景成）, Tao He （何涛）and Zuori Song （宋作瑞）are retired from their JCA Board of Director positions. We would like to recognize JingCheng Tong （童景成）, Tao He （何涛）and Zuori Song （宋作瑞）for their great contributions and supports to the JCA.

We believe that our current Executive Committee and Board members will continue to lead JCA to a bright future.
