J&J Online Gift Matching Donation Instructions

Step 1: Go to https://clicktocare.jnj.com/default.asp

Step 2: Hit “Matching Gift” then enter your WWID and network password

Step 3: Select “Submit a New Request” then hit “next”

Step 4: Type, or Search "Jacksonville Chinese Association, Inc."

Step 5: Make your donation and leave match column blank. Fill purpose of the donation as: China Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund

Step 6: Review and print your own receipt.

Step 7: Done if you select credit card donation. If you select check/cash donation, write a personal Check

Payable to: Jacksonville Chinese Association For: China Earthquake Relief Fund

Step 8: Within 3 days, Mail your personal check to:

Thank you for your kind donation to the earthquake victims in China through. A signed receipt from JCA will be provided to you after receiving your donations for your tax record. Please visit www.usjca.org for your donation status. The contribution match of J&J may take up to 3 months.
